2010 Preston Premier Div: Singles Final: R.Pennington vs P.Petts
Written by ace.
Preston Table Tennis Association Premier Div Singles Final: Ronnie Pennington (URCL A) vs Phil Petts (Riverside A). Ronnie uses inverted both sides, Phil uses inverted FH, long pimples BH. This video is intended for our Preston League (PTTA) members and other people who enjoy local league table tennis as a record of the Divisional Singles finals which are held each year - we have three divisions, Premier, 1st and 2nd. Only players who play in a particular division in our league can enter.

You are right in that they are not on the ITTF authorised list for ITTF regulation play. Hallmark Original. However, the English Table Tennis Association have not banned them from use in local league play so in England, at the level we play at in our local league, they are “legal”. National league level and county level they aren’t as ITTF regs apply for these competitions.
What pimples is Pett using?
They sound and act like old banned frictionless. Curious to know!
@PathfinderPro looking forward to it. In fact, I find videos of lower divisions more instructive because you can learn more from it as a club player yourself.
It’s always a risk posting videos of our own local league players playing on YouTube as you can sometimes get daft or abusive comments back and that can put some people off from agreeing to be filmed. I’ll be posting more vids from our lower divisions finals too.
Thanks to everyone for the positive constructive comments.
great videos, thanks for the uploads!
great match, enjoyed it!
Well Done Petts!
