We have done a little more work on the backhand but not much on serves. We have also done some pushes on both sides.
I didn’t put many different shots on as I only put a few clips together when someone on a forum asked how he was getting on. He was quite inconsistent in this vid as we hadn’t played for a couple of weeks, usually he puts 10-15 shots together routinely. I think footwork will be the next thing to look at.

We are having a few weeks break from TT at the moment, but will get back into it again in August when we get back from our holiday.
It has taken lots of hard work from Fred on his backswing which means he can maintain the rhythm (cadence?).
He Progress very quikly. The cadence is best.
yup will do i think im coming to registartion then going after that so i will miss MATHSSSS!!!!!!!!! (YESSSSS)
