no, he have to let the ball hit his side to hit it, otherwise, you get the point
it hit your side and then, it hit the side of your opponent
Let serve. No limit to how many.
Hi…My question is that when you serve, must the ball hit your table then bounce to your opponent table or just hit your opponent table ?
if you hit the ball clearly beyond the opponent’s side of the table, then it does not matter what the opponent does (hit it or not), the opponent will still win the point.
however, if you hit the ball so that it will clearly bounce on the opponent’s side, and the opponent hits it before it bounces, then it is your point.
actually its called a let, and this can happen an infinite amount of times until a fair (or illegal) serve is performed.

its a fault, u get to reserve, unless u fault too many times(cant remember how many times)
My question is if i serve and the ball hits the net and goes over, and he don’t hit it back who’s point is it.
