um.. if theyre not as good as liqin theyre obviously not on the same level. theyre all pros, but if you look at pro sports the the best players of the sport are on a different level than the rest. thats why they have all-star games. wang, jun, maze, and persson are all pros but there is a big difference between the top 10 players of the world and the rest. just because you have the TITLE of pro doesnt mean youre on the same level as the next guy. its just like how ratings are just numbers. duh

Well no shit, Wang Liqin is a world champion, so they aren’t as good as him, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t on the same level as him. You can be at the same level of play, but still not be as good as someone. It’s like in baseball, if you are in the major leagues, your a big leaguer, which makes you above the level of minor leaguers or college players, and even if one is better than the other, it doesn’t mean they are in a special league of their own where they can’t touch them.

I feel like wang liqin was paid to keep the games close… either that or he just drifts to ilke 1/4 effort

there is no point in having the worlds best backhand :P you still have to have a good forehand too

I have a little trouble taking anything from Killerspin seriously. I’m sure Karakasevic would school me, but having him play against Wang Liqin is an absolute joke – it looks like Wang is just toying with him. Also, the commentators detract a lot from this vid.

He didn’t do that terrible, Karakasevic can play competitive games against top players, like in the olympics against Persson, he nearly beat him there and has been Jun and Maze before.

No one else can generate the same power (Ma Long is weaker), speed (Kreanka, Schlagar is way slower).

Look! Wang beat him 3-0, it’s not anything close. And… Karakasevic doesn’t have the world best backhand.

very very very easy match for Wang Liqin, and, the Karakasevic´s forehand is so good, but, the two best backhands in the world, are of the Kalinikos Kreanga and Werner Schlager.

Karakasevic might have a good backhand, but not the best in the world. No one beats Kreanga!
