Mixing long pips and inverted rubber on the backhand (player to the right)
Written by ace.

Selected table tennis rallies using long pimpled rubber sheet (long pips) on the backhand in a match situation – Schnabel (right) plays the push, lift, and chop block with the long pips and occasionally flips (twiddles) the paddle to play push and topspin loop with the inverted rubber (again from the backhand side). Made for www.longpips.com. Jim mcqueen (2095) against Guido Schnabel (right; 1895)at the September 2008 Loopalalooza tournament in Charlotte, NC. Jim ended up winning 8 in the fifth.

I hate long pimple so much, I got it for MY backhand! (If U can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.) But I still don’t know how to play against it, even tho I can play WITH it!!!
