    Thanks for all these vids for a some one who just plays tabble tennis casually this is a big help. I was struggling to defend hard hit towards my back hand.

    I disagrea if you live in a rurla area your school might not have ping pong and a rec center might not be for 30 miles (like me)

    video is good explained but this is an active block and not a passive or defense block ball is blocked better immediately after impact on the table here it is too high

    wat if the topspin is low??when block…it will hit the net…the video’s topspin is high

    your bat is too closed.
    you need to mesure the amount of spin and than open/close your bat

    I always hit the net if I block against topspin??
